LOVE THIS CAKE! The whole party really... It was a Spa Party for a 10yr old's Birthday.

She wanted a Strawberry Cake with an American Buttercream Frosting.

 I make about 90% of the fondant I use on my cakes. It helps me control the flavor and texture.

That's right - this fondant is not only edible...it tastes good!!

I realy feel that every cake - just like each even or person being celebrated - is special and unique. I try to make each one special by adding special little details.

I adore these little toes!

 I loved getting to make this cake - it was so much fun!
