C's Airplane Cupcakes

This week C had an Airplane themed Party at a local Airport...So cool!!

I did Vanilla Cream Cupcakes with a Cream Filling, and a Buttercream Frosting. I topped all the regular cupcakes with planes and clouds, and for the Birthday Boy I did a giant Cupcake with sugar crystals, silver dragees, silver ribbon and a candle.

Thanks so much for letting me be a part of your special day C!!!

Paris in the Spring

This was for a 12yr old's Birthday. Can I just say that I have a dream to go to Paris one day? So this cake was SO fun for me!

I hand piped the Eiffel Tower out of chocolate and added the Pearl Dragees to look like lights on the tower.

I did a French Vanilla Cake and Vanilla Buttercream Frosting with Fondant Details.

Hope you had a great time at your party P!!!

Mad Birds

I'm terrible at video games, but Angry Birds has totally hooked me! So this cake was extra fun for me!

Chocolate Cake. Raspberry Filling. Whipped Buttercream. Cake Balls. Homemade Chocolate Fondant...Wheat else could you need?!

Happy Birthday I!! And Thanks for letting me make this cake for you!!
